For the Kote Art Festival 2024, Isa*Belle offers an audio-sensitive performance where she makes resonate a large specific Tibetan bowl made of 7 metals around the head of a standing participant. The vibration then spreads throughout the body like in a sonic shower. She also plays with smaller singing bowls and uses a selection of oxygenating and regenerating essential oils, Tibetan cymbals, a gong and other vibratory objects.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The experience, which lasts a few minutes, produces ascending\/descending sound waves and aims to &#8220;cleanse and regenerate body and soul&#8221; through a mixture of calming\/awakening that it brings to participants.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Isa*Belle Bio EN&#8221; module_class=&#8221;post-txt artistTextBloc&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.0&#8243; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; global_module=&#8221;29637&#8243; saved_tabs=&#8221;all&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Isa*Belle (Fr\/Be)<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29630 alignright size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/pepinieres.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Isa_Belle_La_douche_sonore_copyright_Transcultures.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"http:\/\/pepinieres.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Isa_Belle_La_douche_sonore_copyright_Transcultures.jpg 300w, http:\/\/pepinieres.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Isa_Belle_La_douche_sonore_copyright_Transcultures-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Isa*Belle\u00a0develops her artistic approach for and through the well-being of the body \u2013 in its multiple dimensions \u2013 associated with personal and spiritual development.<\/p>\n<p>Evolving between Belgium and France, she has been working since 2005 in collaboration with Paradise Now to produce several performances and sound installations supported by Transcultures \/ City Sonic and broadcast internationally.<\/p>\n<p>She has also collaborated with several musicians (Maurice Charles JJ, Matthieu Safatly, Stephan Dunkelman \u2026) and visual artists (Simone Simon, Joseph Dadoune, R\u00e9gis Cotentin), created the duet Unda with Ariane Chesaux and joined, in 2015 Werner Moron and Philippe Franck in the audio-poetic combo \u201cLes ours bipolaires\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/transcultures.be\/isabelle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">transcultures.be\/isabelle<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text module_class=&#8221;post-txt eventBloc&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.0&#8243; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Kote (S\u00e9oul &#8211; Kr) &#8211; a cultural space for creators on the border<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Kote is a pluridisciplinary project located in an ancient cinema industry building in downtown Seoul\u2019s historic Insa-dong. KOTE hosts various exhibitions, performances, cultural events. It also offers co-working spaces to artists and various other dynamic entities, as well as a cafe and a wine bar.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Various creators interact here, and inspiration collide and create a new culture. Following last year\u2019s Prada Mode, which focused on the historical significance of KOTE and explored film and culture, this year\u2019s festival continues the theme with \u201cWords from the Wind,\u201d the documentary filmed at KOTE by WookHee Cine. The documentary explores the story and impact of legendary songwriter Kim Hee Gap, who defined a generation of popular Korean culture through his work in the 60\u2019s and 70\u2019s. The festival will feature a diverse range of activities, including film, music, media art, traditional Korean music, dance, and DJing, exploring the roots and future of K-Culture.<\/p>\n<p>KOTE aims to connect old and new, tradition and creativity.
