It embraces a comprehensive view of heritage, encompassing material goods such as objects and architecture, as well as immaterial goods including oral traditions, performing arts, and traditional knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>HyperHeritage represents a hybrid environment of cultural heritage integrated with digital information. It explores new dimensions of perceiving and engaging with cultural information, facilitated by information technology and immersive devices like augmented and virtual reality.<\/p>\n<p>The digital society has fundamentally altered the cultural experience by changing how heritage is perceived and processed. Access, production, and cultural dissemination are heavily influenced by new technologies.
