This is his second album since the critical acclaim of its release\u00a0&#8220;Deep grey organic&#8221; on Geometrik\/Migrogami (Spain) in 1999 and an EP called <a href=\"http:\/\/transcultures.be\/en\/2020\/12\/18\/flux-densites-alain-wergifosse-anne-sophie-blanchet-residency-outcom-transcultures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Flux &amp; Densit\u00e9s&#8221; published on the Transonic bandcamp in 2020<\/a> as a result of an online Belgian\/Canadian research\/creation collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Spectres &amp; Neons&#8221; (both sound pieces and still images for a nomadic exhibition) was completed during a fruitful residency at the Transonic Lab. He has traveled the world solo and with various groups and collective projects (Obmuz, Macromassa, SpecOp, Colectivo Anatomic among others).<\/p>\n<p>From his base in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bhe composed, during ten years, the music and sound interactions of the shows Marcel l\u00ed Ant\u00fanez (ex La Fura dels Baus) and he collaborated with many artists of the experimental musical scene ( Zbigniew Karkowski, Cluster, Jaki Liebezeit, Francisco Lopez, Nad Spiro, Eli Gras,\u2026) and actively participated in various adventurous initiatives in Spain and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, returning to Belgium, he has developed his visual work and produced immersive and interactive installations, self-generative videos, microscopies and other materialist compositions presented in several festivals and international events (City Sonic, MEM, Kikk, Semaine sound, Simultan, Transnumeriques, Pl\u00e9iades\u2026).<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The audio material contained in this album is made of hundreds of fragments recorded between 1991 and 2022, some recorded live, others in studio or recorded from my RESONANT SPACE installations, combined and mixed in remembrance of many spectral neon nights.<\/p>\n<p>The CD version of the album includes a 20 pages booklet featuring images which are part of the SPECTRES &amp; NEONS series of long exposure photos of urban lights taken in motion, subtly modulated by the 50hz\/60hz of the electric grid.<\/p>\n<p>In this bandcamp version of the album (featuring 2 extra sonic pieces at the end of the album), each track has its own image (from <span id=\"package_description_0\" class=\"peekaboo-text\">the same series; some different than for the CD booklet selection); each image is autonomous and so is each<\/span><span class=\"bcTruncateMore\"><span id=\"package_description_0\" class=\"peekaboo-text\"> sound piece.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The SPECTRES &amp; NEONS photographs (square format of the size of a 33rpm album cover) are proposed in exhibitions around the world.
