Sa recherche \u00e9tudiera attentivement les interd\u00e9pendances pr\u00e9sentes au sein de cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me fragile, pour lui constituer un nouvel espace de vie, de dialogues et d\u2019interactions avec l\u2019homme au sein du Ch\u00e2teau \u00c9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de sa r\u00e9sidence, l\u2019artiste composera un jardin de bestioles interactives via un r\u00e9seau de circuits \u00e9lectroniques et sonores. Chaque bestiole sera une reconstruction artificielle d\u2019une esp\u00e8ce fragilis\u00e9e comme le Flamb\u00e9, l\u2019Agrion nain ou la Mante religieuse. Leurs chants pourront alors se moduler \u00e0 l\u2019aide de diff\u00e9rents capteurs et senseurs, et formeront ainsi un orchestre de machines-insectes d\u00e9pendantes les unes des autres. Au terme de la r\u00e9sidence, ce projet proposera divers ateliers p\u00e9dagogiques d\u2019initiation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectronique des insectes, ainsi qu\u2019une performance collaborative avec le public.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marylou<\/strong><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/maryloupetot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">maryloupetot.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Artiste sonore, \u00e9lectronique et hackeuse, elle partage sa vie entre Paris et les Pays-Bas. Son travail se d\u00e9ploie \u00e0 la fois dans les champs de la sculpture, de l\u2019installation et de la performance. Passionn\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9cologie et d\u2019\u00e9lectronique, elle s\u2019\u00e9panouit aujourd\u2019hui dans la cr\u00e9ation de synth\u00e9tiseurs atypiques qui donnent une nouvelle dimension po\u00e9tique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de la biosph\u00e8re et du changement climatique. L\u2019inventrice module notamment des chants d\u2019oiseaux qu\u2019elle archive depuis 2018, via des machines qu\u2019elle dessine, code et soude telles des reconstructions artificielles de ces chanteurs en voie de disparition.<\/p>\n<p>En 2020, elle cr\u00e9e entre autres le Bird translator: un synth\u00e9tiseur permettant de transformer la voix humaine en chant de rossignol. Pla\u00e7ant sa recherche au c\u0153ur de la disparition du monde sensible des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes, Marylou d\u00e9c\u00e8le dans le m\u00e9dium \u00e9lectronique un pouvoir enchanteur, qui stimule chacun de nos sens de mani\u00e8re exacerb\u00e9e et nous guide \u00e0 travers des perceptions et des interactions plus fines. Souhaitant comprendre et repr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9seaux complexes de la nature, son travail vise \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence les similitudes entre ces \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes bris\u00e9s et les interfaces \u00e9lectroniques. L\u2019artiste expose son travail comme un m\u00e9lange entre une exp\u00e9rience profond\u00e9ment sensible et un outil p\u00e9dagogique sous la forme d\u2019ambiances au sein desquelles le public peut intervenir.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7ue en 2020 lors d\u2019une r\u00e9sidence au studio V2_Lab de Rotterdam, son installation <em>Jardin \u00e9lectronique<\/em> est compos\u00e9e d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de synth\u00e9tiseurs reproduisant les r\u00e9pertoires acoustiques des oiseaux disparaissant de la Camargue. Le public est amen\u00e9 \u00e0 manipuler les instruments de l\u2019installation, troubler leur \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, et ainsi devenir ma\u00eetre d\u2019orchestre de ce paysage restaur\u00e9. Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Temporary Art Center d\u2019Eindhoven en 2020, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la galerie KOP de Breda en 2021. En septembre dernier, il est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Espace 38CC de Delft au sein de l\u2019exposition Alienated, collaboration de plusieurs artistes dont la pratique illustre l\u2019\u0153uvre de la philosophe Donna Haraway. Marylou est laur\u00e9ate de la r\u00e9sidence artistique 2022 du Centre Tignous d\u2019Art Contemporain de Montreuil. Oise Urban Community, the Ch\u00e2teau Vanderbilt rehabilitation project was awarded to the <em>Caserne \u00c9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re<\/em> association, which for more than 25 years has been pursuing the objective of transforming abandoned spaces into places of artistic imagination.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Two years of study were necessary to revive this Anglo-Norman residence and give it an innovative artistic boost.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">Only 3 years, to pass from the stage of reflection realization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Place of residences and digital creation, <a href=\"https:\/\/chateauephemere.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ch\u00e2teau \u00c9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re<\/a> has offered, since November 2014 and over 2000 m2, more than a dozen workshops with a creative vocation, artistic residences, a digital laboratory as well as spaces for transmission and<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">exchange.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">Once a year, Ch\u00e2teau \u00c9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re launches a open call for candidatures to sound and digital artists wishing to benefit from privileged support which combines production grants, workspace, accommodation and the provision of a<\/span> <span title=\"\">quality technical park.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">However, throughout the year, the Ch\u00e2teau \u00c9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re welcomes artists carrying out innovative projects and needing space to carry it out for shorter periods.<\/span><\/span>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marylou est laur\u00e9ate de l\u2019appel \u00e0 candidatures Arts Num\u00e9riques, Art Sonore &amp;
